Preston is the President and Co-Founder of Law Insider, and the CEO of SimpleDocs. Preston is a 3x founder, and has also held operator roles at numerous venture backed startups. His previous startup roles include CRO at Even.com, and President at EVERFI. Earlier in his career Preston was Assistant General Counsel at the University of Miami, and a Peace Corps Volunteer in El Salvador.

Electra Japonas is the co-founder of oneNDA, an open source initiative to standardise the NDA template, globally. With a deep passion for legal innovation, Electra's vision is to empower organisations of all sizes with smarter, more effective approaches to the way their legal teams work.

Before joining Law Insider, Electra was the CEO of TLB, a legal optimisation consultancy that supported in-house counsel to leverage technology and smarter ways of working with a view to streamline their contracts operations. During her time at TLB, she founded oneNDA.org as a solution for her clients but also the broader legal community who were suffering with inefficient NDA processes. Prior to TLB, Electra honed her skills and knowledge over a decade in prominent organisations, including the European Space Agency, Disney, BAT, and EY, where she played pivotal roles in operationalising complex contracts through technology and design.
