Playbook Review
Review your agreement using Standards and expert-created templates, as well as custom playbooks.
Select from Standards like oneNDA, oneSaaS, and oneDPA or from expert-created templates like Contractor Agreement, EULA, MSA and Vendor Agreement
You can also create your own custom playbook providing specific review instructions to make changes and optionally add comments.
1. Open Microsoft Word, and click “Add-ins” under the Home tab
Install Microsoft Word Add-in
AI Review
This will generate a playbook that reviews your agreement and provides recommended redlines based on best practices and the Law Insider Index.
Optionally, share which party you're representing and if you have any concerns for the AI review.
The resulting playbook can be edited by clicking on Rules in the Review pane.
Review each of the raised issues and decide whether to apply the proposed redlines.

2. Search for Law Insider and select the AI Contract Drafting & Review add-in
3. Click 'Add' to install the Word Add-in
4. Accept Law Insider License terms and Privacy Policy
5. Log in to Law Insider using your account credentials, or create a new account.
